Great model Stevie, and in 1/76 scale,I'm really very impressed.

Thanks Pete. She came ready built and all I did was tweak her somewhat with new decals and the like. Would love to see a Series 3 Scania Pump in model form but no-one does it. I know oxford are doing series 4 scania pumps so perhaps will tweak one of these when they come out.

Smashing model Stevie, great detail.

I managed to find the manufacturers finally of this and other appliances on their website today. They are generally appliances used by the Hong Kong Fire Service but they are really well detailed with many making good conversions like the one seen here converted by Stevie.
They are a little expensive but the site is well worth a look at. Top result if you search for "soar-art models" in Google.

Yep, Soar Art is the only company in the world (maybe) build both classic and modern appliances used by HKFSD. However, unfortunately it is not widely sold around the world.

Have tried to contact soar-art via their website but the email has been bounced back. I also emailed the guy that sold me this model ( he's in hong kong ) and he's saying that soar-art are no more. be a shame if this is true.
